Sex Therapy
Sex Therapy in Watertown, MA
Sex therapy can be a powerful tool for individuals and couples who are feeling disconnected, frustrated, or uncertain about their sexual lives. Whether you're struggling with low libido, performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, painful sex, or feeling out of sync with your partner, these challenges are more common than most people realize—and they don’t have to define your relationship or self-image.
With years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate issues of intimacy and sexuality, we offer a safe, supportive space to talk openly and work through the things that are keeping you stuck.
Typically, we work with clients on the following topics:
Desire discrepancies
Communication barriers
Understanding past sexual experiences
Rebuilding trust after infidelity
Exploring sexual identity
Navigating compulsive sexual behaviors like excessive porn use.
Our approach is affirming, practical, and grounded in real-world solutions that promote connection, confidence, and personal growth. Whether you're looking for individual support or help as a couple, sex therapy can open the door to deeper intimacy, better communication, and a more fulfilling relationship. If you're looking for a sex therapist who listens without judgment and works with your unique goals, I invite you to reach out and schedule a confidential consultation.
In-person sessions as well as intensives are held on Tuesdays at the Watertown, MA location. All other sessions are held virtually.
